Algonkian District – Viktoria Hunyadi

Viktoria Hunyadi was born and raised in Hungary, then moved to the United States when she was 21 years old becoming a naturalized citizen in 2010. She lives with her husband and two children in Sterling, VA. She is running on academic excellence, parents matter, safety, morale, food stability, and more.

At-Large District – Michael Rivera

Michael Rivera is a father, Deputy with the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office, and a concerned community member. He believes that the public schools need to re-focus on academic instruction and remove politics and personal ideologies from the classroom. He supports student safety, responsible governance, parents' rights, and teachers.

Ashburn District – Deana Griffiths

Deana Griffiths and her family have been residents of Ashburn and Loudoun County for the past 16 years. She is a mother of two children and is running on parent’s rights, academic excellence, and student and school safety.

Broad Run – Chris Hodges

Chris Hodges is a father of three, two of which attended Loudoun County Public Schools, and a grandfather of four. He and his wife have been proud residents of Broadlands for more than 17 years. He is running on excellence in education, school safety, parental rights, teacher support, and tax dollar prudence.

Catoctin – Kari LaBell

Kari LaBell is a retired special needs educator with more than 30 years of experience in the Loudoun County Public School System. She is running on readiness, not remediation; merit, not mediocracy; equality, not equity; and parents as partners in education.

Little River District – Joe Smith

Joe Smith and his wife moved to Loudoun County in 2004, their four children attended Loudoun County Public Schools. He is a high school wrestling and softball coach, who is running on parents matter, transparency and safety, and academic excellence.

Sterling District – Amy Riccardi

Amy Riccardi is a mother of four high school graduates and understands the importance of secondary education for Loudoun County children. She holds a master’s degree in education and is prepared to take on the cultural challenges that have plagued the Loudoun County Public School system with the SEL program. She is running on safe and secure schools, focusing on core education, parents and students first, protecting girls, transparency and truth, and access to world class technology.
